Standard Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. 

Please note that during busy seasonal periods (like Christmas), dispatch times may vary slightly. We will always notify you if there is a delay. 

UK Shipping Rates

Evri Tracked Delivery: £4.95 flat rate for all mainland UK orders. 

FREE UK Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout when your basket total reaches £35.00 or more. 

How Delivery Works

Once your order has been carefully packaged and handed over to our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this link to check the status of your parcel at any time. 

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided during the ordering process.
